3/11/09 - Day 10

There was something I had on my mind yesterday but forgot to add to the blog. Why does dieting feel burdensome? That is a question I always find my mind wondering back to. In reality, dieting should be simple and "living to eat" would be more burdensome. When on a diet you are:

*Eating Less, therefore saving money
*Feeling better and the body is healthier

But I always feel, while on a diet, that it is more burdensome. I suppose it is only a burden to my soul that longs for the sweet release of food. Now I must find something constructive to feel that sweet release again without it being detrimental to my health, both mental and physical.
